William (Bill) Jordan – Founder, President, CEO
Bill is a second-generation roofing industry expert. As a teenager, he worked many summers for his dad’s roofing material distribution company in sales. Upon graduating college, Bill returned to work for his father’s roofing company as a credit manager.  In 1981, with his father’s blessing, Bill ventured out on his own to create Jordan Roof Company, and moved to Orange County to tackle the roofing market there.

 

Steve Jordan – Controller & CFO
Steve Jordan helped his brother Bill install his first shingle roof back in 1975, when they both worked for their father, and he still has the calluses to prove it. He worked as a credit manager for his father’s roofing material distribution company from 1976 through 1981. In 1984 he left to join forces with Bill at Jordan Roof Company. Steve has provided steady leadership and control over the finances at Jordan Roof Company ever since, ensuring that all is well with clients and creditors alike.

 

Bob Hirschmann – Senior Field Superintendent & Commercial Estimator
Bob was a successful roofing contractor for more than 36 years prior to joining Jordan Roof Company. His expertise spans the majority of all roofing applications, from Commercial BUR and Single-ply, to Residential Wood, Tile, and Composition Shingles.

 

Peter Savakes – Senior Field Superintendent & Commercial Estimator
Peter, like Bob, had a successful roofing operation that performed installations all over the United States. His company, Signature Roofing, focused mainly on commercial roof applications. Peter’s main focus with Jordan Roof Company is deciphering complicated plans and delivering comprehensive bid-packages to the company’s many general contractor clients.

 

Tim Handlan – Field Superintendent & Senior Technician
Tim has years of experience in both commercial and residential installations and repairs. His main focus with Jordan Roof Company is to provide field leadership, quality control, and secondary support for repairs and estimating.

 

Paul Raftery – Production Manager
After spending 10-years in the field, and experiencing installation of all major applications, Paul’s skills in communication, management, and tactical logistics, have earned him the lead spot in the “war-room”.

 

Heather Ambrose – Office Manager/Receptionist
Heather is the calming voice on the other end of the phone. It all starts with her, as she intelligently delegates and moves initial information to the proper departments. Helping the process along all while making sure everyone is dotting their t’s and crossing their i’s.

 

Angel Ramos – Foreman
Angel is experienced in the installation of all major residential applications and is an especially brilliant tile installer. Angel is also certified to install CertainTeed.

 

Octavio Hernandez – Foreman
Octavio is an expert in Commercial BUR and all residential applications. Octavio is also certified to install CertainTeed.
